Managing your clients in DoulaBub is simple and secure. All client data is encrypted to protect their privacy.

Adding a New Client

From the Dashboard

1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Click the + New Client button on the top dock or navigate to Clients in the sidebar.
3. Enter the client's information:
   • First & Last Name
   • Primary Email Address
   • Phone Number
   • Estimated Due Date (EDD) or Birth Date
   • Preferred Hospital/Birth Center or Home Birth details

Encrypted Client Records

DoulaBub encrypts all client personal health details and contact info client-side before storage, ensuring you maintain the highest standards of client privacy and compliance.
