Scope of Services & Package Deliverables

Consent and authorization for doula to photograph or record short video clips during prenatal meetings, labor, birth, and postpartum visits for professional portfolio and educational use.

Contract Terms & Legal Provisions

1. Voluntary Media Authorization

The Client grants permission for the Doula to take non-obtrusive photographs and short video clips during prenatal visits, labor, birth, and postpartum visits when safe to do so without interrupting care.

2. Authorized Channels & Marketing Usage

Authorized use includes: Doula's professional website, social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook), educational blog posts, and printed portfolio materials.

3. Privacy Safeguards & Mandatory Pre-Approval

The Doula agrees to NEVER publish any photograph or video without sending it to the Client for explicit written pre-approval. Identifying features or baby's full name will be omitted or blurred upon Client request.

4. Right to Revoke Consent

The Client reserves the right to revoke consent for any specific image at any time. Upon receipt of written revocation, the Doula will remove the image from online platforms within 14 business days.

By executing this agreement, both parties confirm their mutual understanding and acceptance of all terms, policies, and non-medical limits.
